Voorwaarden

• De prijzen gelden voor de villa, ongeacht het aantal personen (maximaal 4 per appartement of 9 personen bij de hele villa).
• Huisdieren welkom (na overleg).
• Wij geven 10 % korting wanneer de villa voor een periode langer dan 7 nachten wordt gehuurd.
• Wij geven 20 % korting voor vaste gasten.
• De aanbetaling is 50% van de totale huursom bij de definitieve reservering en de overige 50%  vier weken voor aankomst
• Het huren van Villa Finiki is pas definitief na het ondertekenen van de huurovereenkomst en de eerste aanbetaling.

• The prices are for the villa, regardless of the number of people (maximum 4 per apartment or 9 people in the villa).
• Pets welcome (after consultation)
• We give a 10% discount when the villa is rented for a period longer than 7 nights weeks.
• We give 20% discount for regular guests.
• The first payment is 50% of the total rent at the final booking and the remaining 50% four weeks before arrival
• Renting Villa Finiki is only final after the signing of the lease and the first payment.
