Conditions

• The prices apply to the upper floor of the villa, regardless of the number of people (maximum 5 people).
• Pets are not allowed, we have 3 dogs and 2 cats.
• Towels, beach towels and bed linen are included.
  After 3 nights you will receive clean towels.
  After 7 nights you will receive clean bed linen.
• Interim cleaning on request: €30
• We give a 10% discount when the villa is rented for a period longer than 7 nights.
• We give a 20% discount for regular guests.
• The deposit is 50% of the total rental amount upon final reservation and the remaining 50% four weeks before arrival.
• Renting Villa Finiki is only final after signing the rental agreement and the first down payment.
